Manorview Win Industry Trailblazer Award
We’re delighted to share that we have won the Industry Trailblazer award at the 2022 Living Wage Scotland Awards.
The Award recognises a business that has championed the Living Wage movement in their industry, promoting the Living Wage through actions and communications to raise awareness.
The judges chose us for the many steps we’ve taken as a Living Wage employer – from acquiring two new hotels and increasing the number of those earning the Living Wage in Scotland, to sharing our profits with the team, and doing a number of communications campaigns to raise awareness of Living Wage.
This Award is particularly meaningful to us, because we are extremely proud to be a Living Wage employer. On the Awards night, we were in fantastic and inspiring company – with many winners and finalists being there, all deserving of recognition.
